Can I board two or more of my dogs in one Kennel?

Up to three (3) dogs can be boarded in a single Oversized Kennel.  You will pay the full rate per dog, per day, for their stay. The dogs must be from the same household.

What are your terms and conditions?

Is the facility staffed 24 hours a day?

Our facility is located on our Homesite, roughly 100 ft from our home. You can expect someone to be around most of the time.  The facility is also monitored by live camera feeds inside and outside, 24 hours a day.

Do I have access to the Web Camera so I can see my Dog?

Unfortunately, at this time, the web cameras are only able to be monitored by staff.  However, we do have plans to add additional cameras in the future for our clients to have access to.

Where do you take my Dog in case of Emergency?

In the event your dog is having a medical emergency, we will first try to contact your vet on file.  If that is unsuccessful, we will contact our vet of choice. (Galena Veterinary Care)  If the emergency is after hours, we will take your pet to the nearest Veterinary Emergency Center. (Central Ohio Veterinary Emergency)

What is the daily Schedule?

Doors to the outside covered porch and run will be opened at 7am and closed at 9pm (weather permitting).  Feeding will take place at 8am and 4pm.  

Do you offer Doggy Daycare?

At this time we do not offer Doggy Daycare.  However, we do have plans to offer this service in the future.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept Credit or Debit Card payments, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, OR AMEX.

i recently picked up my dog from your facility, why does he/she have diarrhea, seem anxious, or act tired?

Boarding your pet overnight away from home can be a stressful experience.  We do everything in our power to provide a low stress, loving environment during your pet's stay.  However, we are not home or your pets human's, so this stress can lead to gastrointestinal issues, and anxiety.  Additionally, your pet may have spent many days playing with his/her new dogmates, which has lead to days of over stimulation and exhaustion. 

What are your cleaning practices?

The kennel and food/water bowls will be cleaned and sanitized before your dog's stay.  During the stay the kennel and bowls will be cleaned as needed.

Do you have special Holiday Pricing?

Yes, due to high demand during certain Holiday's and Spring Break we do charge 1.5x our normal boarding rate.

This charge will be added to your account and due at the end of your stay.

These dates include:

New Year's Day/Eve, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Week.   **** We are closed 4th of July Weekend****

Spring Break pricing will apply to the last two weeks of March and the first week of April.
